Product Information & Pricing

Product Descriptions

We strive to display our sarees as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, images, or other content are error-free. Actual colors may vary slightly due to your monitor/screen settings.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, prices displayed at the time of your order will apply.

Limited Availability

Our sarees are handcrafted in limited quantities. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or full refund.

Orders & Payments

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors on the website
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
• Orders that violate our terms

• Net Banking (all major banks)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) - Available for orders up to ₹5,000 (₹50 fee applies)

Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card details or UPI information.

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days
• Free shipping on orders above ₹1999
• COD available for orders up to ₹5,000 (₹50 fee)

International Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days
• Free international shipping on orders above ₹5000
• Customs duties borne by customer

Returns & Exchange Policy

Exchange Only - No Refunds

We offer exchange for manufacturing defects, size issues, or damaged products. We do not provide cash refunds.

Unboxing Video Requirement

All exchange requests require a complete unboxing video with:

• Visible timestamp
• Location services enabled
• Clear view of the defect/damage

Reporting Window

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Orders without unboxing video cannot be processed.

Free Returns

Free returns available within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, return shipping charges apply.

Custom Saree Orders

• Custom orders require full or partial payment in advance
• Delivery timeline for custom orders: 4-6 weeks
• Custom sarees are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
• Once production begins, design changes are not permitted
• We will share design mockups for approval before production
• Minor variations in color/design are inherent to handcrafting

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• Product images and descriptions
• Logo and brand name "Hridaya Weaves"
• Website design, layout, and graphics
• Saree designs and patterns
• Text, articles, and blog posts

are the exclusive property of Hridaya Weaves and are protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with website functionality or security
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm others through our platform
• Make false or fraudulent orders

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hridaya Weaves shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or customs
• Minor variations in handwoven saree designs
• Third-party website content or practices

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hridaya Weaves, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Your misuse of the website
• Your violation of any applicable laws
• Any unauthorized activity under your account

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, cyclones)
• Pandemics or epidemics
• Government restrictions or lockdowns
• Courier partner strikes or disruptions
• Technical failures or cyber attacks

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability
