Exchange Policy

We offer exchange for manufacturing defects, size issues, or damaged products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we offer exchange only — no cash refunds are provided.

Exchange Only Policy: We do not offer cash refunds. You can exchange your saree for a different size, color, or product of equal or lesser value. If exchanging for a higher value product, the difference amount must be paid.

Unboxing Video Required - Mandatory

Video Recording Guidelines:

  • Record a complete unboxing video showing the product condition
  • Timestamp visible in the video (show phone clock)
  • Enable location services while recording to verify delivery address
  • Show the sealed package before opening
  • Clearly show the defect/damage/issue on camera
  • Show the product tag and order slip if visible

24 Hours Reporting Window

Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery with your unboxing video proof. Exchange requests reported after 24 hours will not be entertained.

Important: Orders without unboxing video cannot be processed for exchanges or returns. Please ensure you record the video before opening the product.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Saree must be unused - No stains, wrinkles, or signs of wearing
  • Unwashed condition - Do not wash or dry clean the saree
  • Original tags attached - All price tags and brand labels must be intact
  • Original packaging - Return in the same packaging with all accessories
  • Custom-designed sarees - Not eligible for exchange or return
  • Sale items - Eligible only for size exchange, subject to availability
  • Inner linings and blouse pieces - Must be unused and uncut

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Record unboxing video as per guidelines (timestamp + location visible)
  2. Email us at care@hridayaweaves.in within 24 hours of delivery
  3. Include in email: Order ID, Unboxing Video (attachment or Google Drive link), and Issue description
  4. Our team will verify the video and approve the exchange within 2 business days
  5. You will receive a return shipping label (free within 7 days of delivery)
  6. Pack the saree securely in original packaging and ship it back
  7. Once received and inspected, we will dispatch the exchange product within 5-7 business days
Processing Time: Exchange approval takes 2 business days after video verification. Exchange dispatch takes 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.

Free Returns Policy

If you wish to return your saree for any reason (size issue, color mismatch, or change of mind), we offer free returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Within 7 days: Free return shipping provided
  • After 7 days (up to 30 days): Return shipping charges borne by customer
  • After 30 days: No returns or exchanges accepted

Note: Even for free returns, unboxing video is required to verify the product condition before return.
