We strive to deliver your cherished sarees as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days for most pin codes across India. International shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹5,000. A nominal fee of ₹50 applies for COD orders. COD is not available for international orders.

Domestic shipping takes 3-5 business days. Metro cities often receive delivery within 2-3 days. International shipping takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination country.
Yes! We offer free domestic shipping on all orders above ₹1999. For international orders, free shipping is available on orders above ₹5000.
Address changes are possible only within 12 hours of order placement. Please email us immediately at care@hridayaweaves.in with your order ID and correct address. Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.
We ship to almost all pin codes across India. During checkout, you can enter your pin code to check if delivery is available at your location. For remote areas, delivery may take 5-7 business days.
Yes, customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees imposed by your country's customs department are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your building's security. For lost packages, contact us within 3 days of the delivery status update, and we will initiate a trace with the courier partner.
